Delete your account — KidOfficer

You can delete your account and the data held with it at any time, and you do not need our permission to do it. There are two ways: from inside the app, which is immediate, or through the form on this page, which works even if you have already uninstalled.

Option 1 — from inside the app (immediate)

KidOfficer (children's app) — Profile → Delete account. This removes the parent account and every child on it; to remove one child only, use the form below.
KidOfficer Guardian (parent app) — More → Delete account
KidOfficer Teacher — Profile → Delete my account

You will be asked to type DELETE to confirm. The deletion happens straight away and cannot be undone. If your installed version does not show this option yet, update the app or use the form below.

Option 2 — request it here

Use this if you have uninstalled the app or cannot sign in. We will email the address you give us to confirm the request is really yours, and complete the deletion within 7 days.

What gets deleted

Your account, email, phone and password All sign-in tokens (every device is signed out) Children's profiles, lessons, quiz scores, XP, streaks and rank Officer Track study plans, to-do lists, mock scores and error logs Messages with teachers Uploaded photos — profile picture, ID scans, certificates Push-notification tokens and reminders Reviews and follows	Records of orders, bookings, payments and subscriptions, which we are required to keep for tax and accounting. They no longer point at you, and the delivery address on any order is overwritten.

How long it takes

In the app: immediately.
Through this form: within 7 days of confirming the address is yours.
Encrypted backups: overwritten within 30 days.

Deleting one child rather than the whole account

A parent can remove a single child's profile — and everything that child has done — while keeping their own account and any other children. Choose that option in the form above, or ask us by email.
